More thoughts than I can remember.
Yeah, I went overseas to Japan for 10 days and it's really an eye opener.
I did transits at Bangkok and it allow me the chance to see how other airports operate.
Sometimes, I really wonder if our country people are too conceited abt our own airport and we failed to see that the rest of the world are catching up. If our airport is good, the rest of the international airports are equally good and they are much much bigger. If we have 20 DFS stores, they have 200? Maybe more? If our airport is easy to navigate, so are theirs. I think this is a very valid point that why our government is worried abt conceited citizens. My opinion: look at others and then judge where we stand.
While traveling on train my thoughts stems from nowhere again:
Life is like a train ride, we can only look at the scenery at one side of the window.
We have the option to look at whichever side, but never both sides at once.
We can choose to look forward, downward, upward or backwards.
At the end of the ride, we only know what we looked at and it all depends on where we look to determine if we enjoyed it. We do not have a second chance to ride the train again.
So are we looking at the unimportant stuff that we do not realize that what went past, or are we busy looking back? Do we care to smell the grasses or listen to the wind blow? Are we traveling with worthy companions or just a common carriage with some celefe? Is there any fat ass that got up and sit besides you and squeeze your butt off the seat? Don't worry, he won't be there for life. If he does, then you must be an idiot not to change seats.
Maybe we should just sit back, close our eyes and think. We all know we are going to die, but we do not act like we believe it. Plenty of moments, we squandered our time and went through motions with some stuff which we think we we ought to do. Do you look over your shoulder and ask the little bird: Is it today?
Think. Think again. Sleep and rest.
