Long time gathering.

I met Chow, Ray and Pig once more. We have not met since long long time ago. And this time again, I initiated the meeting. Sometimes I wonder if there is no more me, will they meet? Everyone is working now, but all of us stay the same.

Just some milestones update: Chow got his new scrambler @ 10K +++ and sort of patched with his girlfriend. Ray got his family car and his permanent job at the same trading firm. Pig got rounder, failed his IPPT and still insist that his gf wont want to meet us as she is shy. I am still the same.

We went to a KTV at shenton way. The place is huge and service is ok. It was madness singing whole nite long. A long session of 4 hours starting from 10pm. Before that we already met at chomp chomp. However as usual, everyone is late and pig can't make it for the food. He's going to some song kar(funeral). Ray was surprised when I told him pig cannot meet us because he go song kar... His comment is: eh, seems like he always go song kar? Well, maybe pig has too many frens to begin with.

Anyway we started singing without him. He joined us half way and Chow was performing whole nite. His singing is really GOOD ah. After singing, we decided to go for prata. Yah,what else can we eat at 2am right. I decide to take Chow's new Suzuki scramble. But as we are waiting for Ray's Chevrolet, they don't seems to be moving. Chow and me were at one end of the carpark waiting for them to drive over. It was like 5 mins and the car headlights still not on. We decided to ride over and have a look. Sure enough there's some problem. The automatic car gear cannot be engaged. It stalled at the P sign. By then our memories flood back: The last time we went out together with Ray when he's driving, we also encounter car problem. That was about 4 years or ago. Ok, back to now. As all of us dunno what we can do, we tried to do everything that wont work. We restart the car, locked the car, jammed the brakes. Then Chow and me saw a "unlock gear shift" comment near a flap. I tried to pry open that with finernails with no avail. Everyone was scared that we scratch the gear panel and were going: dont lar, wait flower liao how? Eventually I couldn't wait any more and ask Chow to take out his screw driver to pry open the catch. Upon prying open and Ray sort of poke the hole and reset the mechanism, ehhh everything is fine liao. Chey, so easy. Before that we were thinking of calling the tow truck, while everyone is trying to find friends for advice. Lucky for us, we took the risk and save the tow truck $$$.

Then we went to the prata place and by the time when we finished chatting, it was abt 4.30am. Omg, why everytime go out with them always so late one. I slept for a whole well 8 hrs before staggering to brush my teeth. But I have a feeling of guilt, because BIG half of my sunday is gone. I still haven't iron my clothes and visit dad. Still need to spare time for exercise and meet up with kid. Busy busy busy.

Lesson learnt: Iron clothes on Saturday and don go out till so late. Ciao, got to iron clothes liao woa.

Hazy moments

Ok, I have not written for quite a long time and all thanks to the haze, I would like to stay at home. Recently my country got hit by the haze from neighbouring country and I am partly affected by it. The haze is due to farmers clearing their land for cultivation by setting the plants ablaze.

Life still goes on, but outdoor activities subsided. No more jogging outdoors, lesser blading. How I missed the clearer air. Sian sian sian... Hope the haze will clear soon.

Oh ya, now i suddenly think of why our neighbour country want to burn plantation liao. It's because the people in my country "sio kim zua" during last month (the hungry ghost festival). Then our neighbour "buay kam wuan", now they revenge liao lor.

By the way yesterday went to do some evil deeds. I went to discover my cruel self. I went for prawn fishing. Hehe, quite an experience ah. Anyone want to go with me again? I also went VIVO city. Quite big ah, but not much time to walk finish. Will go there some time later.
